TO THOSE WHO ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY HACK LOOK AT THE VIDEO
well someone requested me to post a tutorial up.
watch the video and if it didnt help then oh well some SndDrv.dll hacks dont work on a 32 bit computer.

Just rename the DLL into Ddraw/mlang/snddrv
