black screen when i join any game

hello members
i get a problem in the game
i get a black screen when i join a game in crossfire
when i run the game
its run normaly
and i can enter the any server any room
when i join a game i get the loading page then immediately i get a black screen in the 3/4th of the monitor

i tried to reinstalled the game and the Display Devices nothing worked .. !

I dont know try to update video drivers.
Reinstall game.
Download new launcher.
Restart PC.
Try i dont know if works xD

thanks for trying dude, i've done all of that and nothing has happened :/ i really wanna get it working otherwise i can't try and code a hack that works :(
